Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches and flies in the bathroom, the refrigerator was not working, and the entire room had a very unpleasant smell.
We checked in around midnight, so we stayed the night despite these issues. It was extremely uncomfortable and not the experience we expected. I was in a hurry the next morning and could not bring these concerns to the staff’s attention before leaving.
I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness and maintenance. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

"We liked the location. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was good. The only suggestion is that the rooms are getting aged. There are things that preventive maintenance could work on. Trim coming off the walls, stains on the carpet, missing paint marks on the walls."
